Enhance LABS has introduced a paint protection film (PPF) called SERVOCAR, designed to provide superior vehicle protection in diverse environmental conditions. The product addresses common PPF limitations through extreme heat resistance, minimal surface texture disruption, and expansive coverage capabilities.
SERVOCAR can withstand temperatures up to 356°F (180°C), making it suitable for extreme climates such as Las Vegas and Dubai. This thermal stability prevents film damage under intense heat, a challenge for traditional solutions. The film's 1,800mm width is a significant advancement over standard PPF, enabling comprehensive coverage for sports cars, pickup trucks, large SUVs, boats, and aircraft.
The film utilizes premium Argotec TPU and UV-absorbing top coatings to address discoloration and surface imperfections. Its innovative design minimizes the orange peel effect and prevents physical deformities, maintaining original paint quality over extended periods. The advanced adhesive technology ensures residue-free application and removal without damaging underlying paint.
Exceptional scratch resistance is a standout feature, with moderate scratches disappearing under heat or hot water, and light swirl marks naturally recovering at room temperature within 10 minutes. The hydrophobic properties enable easier cleaning and maintenance while resisting stains in challenging conditions. SERVOCAR offers premium protection at approximately one-third the cost of traditional PPF.
Enhance LABS has leveraged over 20 years of experience in optical film and adhesive tape production to develop this solution. By addressing common limitations in paint protection technology, SERVOCAR represents a significant advancement in vehicle surface preservation, offering broader coverage, enhanced durability, and cost savings for vehicle owners in various climates.
