Halevy brings more than 17 years of litigation experience to the role, having practiced law in New York City for 13 years and later spent four years at a medical malpractice defense firm in New Jersey. Her background defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and nursing homes provides her with insight into how healthcare institutions defend serious injury claims, which she now uses to advocate for injured clients and their families.

Davis on an $11.9 million medical malpractice settlement involving a first-time mother who suffered catastrophic injuries during a C-section due to an anesthesia overdose. Halevy played a key role in that case, applying her medical negligence experience to help secure the recovery.
